THE ACTOR

He cracks up a joke,
Puts up a smile,
Listens to their problems,
Calms them down.

He goes back home,
Looks into the mirror,
"What a day!" he says,
"Perfect performance" he exclaims !
The smile withers away as if,
They were glasses over his face.

He then picks up a frame,
With a black and white photo,
His wife,
With a mischievous smile,
The only soul who asked,
How "he" was,
Now lost in that infinite sky,
Twinkling brightest to make him say,

"Darling Hi" !!
